The Reality of Job Site Accounting
Every contractor and civil engineer knows the drill: site supervisors scribble cement truck delivery slips on torn scrap paper, workforce daily headcounts get texted across informal WhatsApp groups, and subcontractor contract balances are forgotten until final billing disputes arise.
Traditional enterprise construction software is built for air-conditioned corporate offices and complex desktop suites. It fails on the site floor where cumbersome navigation slows down daily operations.
SiteTally was designed from the ground up for the person wearing the hardhat.
Our Mission
To give every builder, contractor, and civil supervisor an intuitive mobile command center that records every material delivery, logs daily workforce wages by trade position, tracks subcontractor contract balances, and provides undeniable financial clarity in real-time.
The 6 Pillars Behind SiteTally
Every feature we engineer adheres to enterprise cloud benchmarks:
Multi-Project Management
Partitioned data architectures ensure every project keeps its own independent material vouchers, daily workforce records, contract workforce agreements, and expense ledgers without cross-project clutter.
Real-Time Cloud Sync
Powered by Google Cloud Firestore. Entries made on active sites synchronize immediately to contractor dashboards across phones and web consoles.
AES-256 & TLS 1.3 Security
Enterprise encryption standards protect company finances at rest and in transit, safeguarded by strict Firestore security rules.
Hardware Biometric Login
Android BiometricPrompt integration. Raw biometric fingerprint and facial data remains strictly inside device TrustZone hardware.
FCM Real-Time Alerts
Firebase Cloud Messaging push alerts notify managers immediately when site material entries, workforce daily wage sheets, or contract installment payouts are registered.
